- Why does my Python solution not pass auto-checking?
The platform very strictly checks the exact match of the solution to the task condition, and not the solution method itself. Pay attention to the case of letters, spaces, and dots.
For example, if in the output example, the word in the condition is written with a small letter, then in the solution it should be written exactly the same.
In case of difficulties, you can contact the teacher directly from the learning platform or the technical support of Algorithmics.

How do I ask a teacher a question?
In each level of any course have a chat Marsgram. You can use it to ask the teacher a question and they will answer as soon as they can.Please note that you can only write a question from a specific level or project. On the main platform page, you can only display the notifications.

- Why is the completed level circle displayed as unresolved?
Project levels are marked as completed after the student or teacher marks that all the main tasks are completed (ticks the boxes in the task book). Make sure that all the project items are completed and tick them.
- If the student or teacher does not mark one of the tasks as completed, the level will be marked as not completed (the circle will not be filled in green).
- If the next level is closed, you can only go to it by marking all tasks as completed.
The tasks are not completed - you can't move on. Tasks completed - you can move on.
Will I be able to access the platform and the lab after completing my training?
Provided that the student was not excluded from the group, all tasks and projects in the laboratory on the learning platform will be available after the end of training without time limits, even if the group was closed.
