If, when trying to log in to the student platform https://learn.alg.academy/login 

you get a message stating that you entered an incorrect username or password, or the login is not found,

then first of all you need to check the following steps:

• you enter your login and password in the required field (login - on top; password - on the bottom);

• you have the correct keyboard layout enabled (EN);

• CapsLock is disabled on the keyboard;

• you do not have extra spaces at the beginning or at the end of the login / password (a space is considered a character, and therefore an error may occur).

If you don't remember your platform login details, you can always ask the manager of the education to send you the credentials again.
