Remote connection software
We use only one program for remote connection - Anydesk.
Anydesk is installed in one click and we can immediately start a remote connection.IMPORTANT! Please note: that a stable Internet connection is required for remote connection.
Software installation and remote connection
Download the file with the program for your operating system - Anydesk.
To download Anydesk, please follow the link: https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/
The site itself will determine what operating system you have.
You need to press the orange Download button in the middle of the screen.
Next, the installation file will start downloading.
Once the installation file has finished downloading, open it.
For a remote connection to be possible, the program must be running.
The program starts in one click without installation, directly from the file downloaded from the site.
Your ID number is in the upper left corner of the program:
To use Anydesk, you need to send your ID (the 9-digit code) to the support specialist and accept the connection request within the program.
Then you need to put the mouse down so that the specialist can control it. As input devices are becoming common.

The access settings of MacOS
The macOS system differs from Windows and Linux in accessibility settings, so if you have a PC on the macOS operating system, you need to manually grant access to applications in order to fully use them.
To set the necessary settings for work with Anydesk, you need to:
Open Anydesk.
On the left you will see a message about setting up access rights "Accessibility" and "Screen Recording".
Click Configure:The Security & Privacy settings window will be opened automatically:
Click on the lock icon and enter your account password to open the program settings:
Select the "Accessibility" and "Screen Recording" sections and tick the checkboxes next to the AnyDesk program in the window:
β If Anydesk is not in the settings list, click "+", type Anydesk in the search bar click Enter and select Anydesk in the results:After ticking the boxes, the system will prompt you to reopen the application to apply the settings. Click Quit and Reopen:
