Technical support couldn't help you with the issues that cannot be resolved online or remotely, or with issues beyond the scope of learning process on Algorithmics courses:

Please note that the requirements are minimal.

✦ In case of problems with the Google Chrome browser, for "last resort", you can try using any other browser on Chromium: Opera or Vivaldi.

Please do not use the Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox browsers for online learning.

If you have encountered that online class is very "slow", there are any problems with the sound and video transmission, correct operation of screen display - you need to try to reduce the quality of video in the settings of online-room.
