Working hours and channels of communication
The Algorithmics Support Team works from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3), 7 days a week, including holidays.
You can submit a request at any time, but it will be processed only during working hours.
The first response from a support specialist will arrive within 15 minutes after your message.
Please choose one channel to contact support. Sending duplicate requests through different channels may slow down resolution.
