We recommend reviewing the following instructions:
Make sure that your computer has Windows 11 (64-bit), Mac OS Ventura 13+ or higher, or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 or higher installed. Also, ensure that all your device drivers are updated.
Make sure your computer meets the stated course specifications (for example, Linux is not suitable for Game Design).
A tablet or phone will not be suitable for our classes, as we cannot guarantee the stable operation of the learning platform and online class on mobile devices.
Make sure that during classes, all unnecessary programs and software consuming traffic (torrents, VPNs, browser extensions, antiviruses, etc.) are disabled on the PC and in the browser. All of this puts a load on the PC and can cause issues and freezes.
Antivirus software must be completely disabled, not just paused.
Internet connection meets the requirements - 30-50 Mbps.
The Google Chrome browser, updated to the latest version, is used for classes.
If you encounter problems with Google Chrome, you can use the Opera or Vivaldi browsers based on Chromium.
It is highly not recommended to use other browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, etc., because they heavily load the conference for all participants, which leads to serious problems in the online class.
Clear the browser cache for "All time" and restart the browser
Open the browser in incognito mode and grant all permissions again.
In some cases, a simple computer restart helps.
