Possible causes of the problem:

  • The student uses a PC with an outdated operating system, which does not receive the necessary browser updates. Or the student is using an old PC that doesn't support acceleration. In this case, the only solution to the problem is to update the PC to the minimum requirements.

  • The student has not updated the browser for a long time.
You need to update Google Chrome to the latest version.

  • You need to enable hardware acceleration and WebGL support in the browser. Do the following:

    1. Turn on hardware acceleration

    - Go to chrome://settings (type chrome://settings in the address bar of your browser and press Enter, or just go to settings from the browser menu.)

    - In the "System" section, find the item "Use hardware acceleration" and enable it by clicking on the checkbox.

    - Restart Chrome for the changes to take effect.

    2. Enable WebGL
    - Go to chrome://flags (type in the address bar and press Enter.)

    - Find the item "WebGL 2.0 Compute" and change the status to Enabled.
Since there are quite a lot of functions on the flag settings page, you can use the search on the page. To do this, type "webgl"in the search bar.
