What to do if there is no “Share Screen” button in the online room or it does not work?
For macOS users with versions from Catalina 15+ to macOS Ventura:
If the screen sharing button in the online room on macOS is missing / does not respond to pressing or gives an error, please do the following:
1. Open System Preferences -> Security & Protection-> Privacy:
2. Click on the lock icon and enter your account password to open the program settings:
3. Select the sections "Accessibility" and "Screen recording" and check the boxes next to the Google Chrome browser:
If Google Chrome is not in the list, click "+" and type Chrome in the search bar and select it from the results:
4. After checking the boxes in the "Accessibility" and "Screen recording" sections, the system will prompt you to restart the application to apply the settings.
Click Quit and reopen:

After restarting Google Chrome, log in to the platform and then open the online room to check if the screen sharing works 🤗
For MacOS users from macOS Ventura and higher versions:
1. Open Settings-Privacy and Security-then open sections Accessibility and Screen Recording one by one.
Note: also, please activate sections Microphone and Camera, so you could work in the online class properly.
2. Switch on the setting for Google Chrome in each section, click Quit and reopen for the settings to apply:

After restarting Google Chrome, log in to the platform and then open the online room to check if everything works 🤗
For Windows and Linux
Please check the following recommendations on your PC:
1. Make sure that your computer is on Windows 8.1, 10, macOS, or Linux OS of the latest versions.
The computer should meet the declared characteristics of the course.

2. The latest version of the Google Chrome browser should be used, the browser must be updated to the latest version.

3. Antiviruses, Google Chrome extensions, and any other programs on the PC should be disabled.
All these programs can cause technical issues and freezes.

4. Open the platform using the Incognito mode and accepted all the permissions again, clear the cache of the browser and re-entered the online room.
