  • Make sure your computer has Windows 11 (64-bit), Mac OS Ventura 13+ or higher, or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 or higher installed. Smartphones and tablets are not suitable for classes, as we cannot guarantee the stability of the learning platform and online classroom on mobile devices.

Technical requirements for PC and software for courses in the new academic season 2025/2026

  • Before starting classes, make sure that sound, microphone, camera, and screen sharing are working on your PC and in your browser.

  • Before the lesson, familiarize yourself with the instructions for entering the online room where the online lesson will take place.

How to start an online class from the learning platform

  • Make sure that during classes, all unnecessary programs and software that consume traffic (torrents, etc.) are turned off on your PC and in your browser.


  • Disable (do not just pause) antiviruses, VPNs, browser extensions, and ad blockers — they may cause glitches and freezes.

  • Make sure your internet connection meets the requirements: 30-50 Mbps for online learning.
