Make sure your computer has Windows 11 (64-bit), Mac OS Ventura 13+ or higher, or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 or higher installed.
Smartphones and tablets are not suitable for classes, as we cannot guarantee stable operation of the learning platform and online class on mobile devices.
Make sure your internet connection meets the requirements: 30-50 Mbps for online learning.

Make sure that the Google Chrome browser is installed on your computer and is updated to the latest version.
Make sure that during classes, all unnecessary programs and software consuming traffic (torrents, etc.) are disabled on the PC and in the browser.
Disable (do not just pause) antivirus software, VPNs, browser extensions, and ad blockers — they can cause crashes and freezes.
Before the lesson starts, familiarize yourself with the instructions for entering the online room where the online lesson will take place.
Before classes start, make sure that the sound, microphone, camera, and screen sharing are working on your PC and in the browser.
