Lesson Preparation Checklist
Before each lesson:
Make sure you access the platform using the link: https://learn.alg.academy
Completely disable any antivirus software, VPNs, browser extensions, and ad blockers.
Close any applications that may consume bandwidth (such as torrent clients, etc.).
Check that your microphone, camera, audio, and screen sharing are working properly.

Ensure that the correct input/output devices are selected on the video platform.
Internet speed requirement: at least 30–50 Mbps.

Use a desktop computer or a laptop
Before your first lesson: Make sure to review the invitation email carefully — it may include instructions for installing additional software required for your course, as well as your login details.
If any of the above requirements are not met, it may affect the platform’s stability and overall performance.
Troubleshooting Recommendations
If you experience technical issues while preparing for a lesson or during the class, follow the steps below. In most cases, these will help resolve the problem on your own.
Use the latest version of Google Chrome.
If Chrome doesn’t work properly, try Opera or Vivaldi (both are Chromium-based).
Open the platform or online classroom in Incognito mode.
Clear your browser cache for “All time” and restart the browser.
Disable all software that may affect system performance or network traffic (antivirus, VPN, extensions, torrents, etc.).
Restart your router (turn it off for 3 minutes, then turn it back on).
If possible, switch to a different network (for example, mobile internet).
